Is The US Now At DEFCON 3?

Seeing various instances of this emanating from the UK

Here's another one

I remember Operation Paul Bunyan and 9-11. Things were real. You could see loaded belt-fed weapons on armored vehicles if you looked.

Any first-hand sightings?

I can't find any source to confirm this.

I've also talked to my former platoon sgt and he has not confirmed this either.

I'm guessing this isn't a thing right now.

Defcon denotes defensive conditions.

There are certain procedures to be followed depending on the level. It isn't all about nuclear war.

Maybe 1 Aircraft carrier, but the most concerning part is how many subs, bombers and nukes they posses(HA?)

The only country I would be concerned of using a nuke would be North Korea. And I won't be concerned of that until they can turn their lights on at night. Probably a few decades.

seeing as that would take boats and planes, and both could be sank and shot down.... No.

Or... They hack, create chaos with our sirens and EAS, emp and then invade.

But I doubt it.

I grew up knowing that I may be vaporized at any time within the next 8 minutes.

I didn't even allude to that.

If this were a defcon 3 scenario, if I were still in, we'd mount guns on Hawks ready our MOPP4 gear, strap body armor on, and maybe even patrol the skies.

Exactly!!

I only trust the MSM, they vet any claim and only report on it if they have facts!

Oh, also, they make sure to report on all pertinent matters.

Everything else is just speculation.
