There are so many doors.
Some choose just one door in there lives,
others in pure curiosity wander about searching for new doors to open.
Some, like you now BH, are thrust through doors they never wished to pass.
Despair and chaos awaiting.

But look at you. You are grasping the chaos, turning it into gold, shining for us with your courage.
You are "becoming" again, if that makes sense. You are "becoming" more. Expanding.
In these wee hours so unusual for me, you grant me inspiration and tiny tears of gratitude.

I would not want to walk through that door, I would prove a coward, but you....Thank you.

So happy to see you posting once in a while, BH !!

It sounds like you're progressing very nicely, and maybe posting on ATS every now and then might even be a helpful addition to your speech therapy... Reading, typing, and putting words together to make a post... I'm thinking it could be very beneficial for you !

And now you're even cooking again, that's awesome !

You'll be back to making your own homemade sauerkraut in no time, he he.

If you need any help with making your sauerkraut again, just get your husband to shoot me a message (or even yourself if you can) and I can put together some easy to read step-by-step instructions for you and hubby to follow along. Sauerkraut is excellent brain food !

My advice: Take your time, do as thou wilt, no hurries, no worries, and stay the hell out of the political forums.

Let's just say it's a formula that I hope serves you as well as it has served me over the years.

Today I sang a little bit of "My baby does the hanky panky"! The singing is fine, but the words don't work yet yet! LOL! I'm singing the tune of "Bonnie Raitt - Your Best Old Friend" but I can't do the word yet.

When i saw you were unwell, this past day or two, i thought to myself

"i'll give her a couple of days, and if she aint posting by then i shall resurrect all of the gay wedding cake threads i can find - that'll get her up on her feet again!"
