Oh, please! You don't have to be worried about us. You are firmly convinced we're all so stupid that we think we don't need to vote until November 28th, so there's not point. You're winning going away, right?

Well, Donald gave out that date, and Hillary is winning not "us.'

Aside from that, I don't disagree with your summation.

Dude in most places it is against the law to disrupt a meeting. Its really not public like equal time has to be given at a political rally.

Dude, no one is talking about disrupting a meeting, the OP is talking about assault on the press at a Trump rally.

Now it's an assault? Hyperbolic escalation alert!

They don't have to be let in.

These big media conglomerates need to be broken up and this should have been done back 30 years ago when it was first proposed.

This country has been itching for a revolution for a while now, all the signs are around us

That's most likely why they go around demagoguing objects trying to ban them.

After all we got keep the kleptocrats in power, and their propaganda meisters in power.

Ah, my inner self eh?

There you go with that mind-reading thing again.

I can't disagree with an "all-knowing" one can I?

I've said repeatedly, violence is violence.

Clearly there is no assault or violence here, Gryphon66. But it is good to know you're against political violence when it happens, and it surely does.

Right right, but they were let in, and they were attacked and assaulted to the extent that they were escorted out of the venue by police in riot gear.

Are you with another poster above and think that this is an example of "thin skin" or more with the "they deserve it" crowd?

This thread is about the source from Trump surrogates against the American press.

The American Press are surrogates of a corrupted system, though.

Okay, may I quote you if the interminable threads about "left wing violence reappear?

Surely you haven't forgotten about Occupy Wall Street,Ferguson, and Black lives MAtter, and Trump critics trying to shut down his events just a few short months ago.

Aka Left wing violence.

Living in the last days of Rome must suck.

Especially when you choose to side with the decedent and corrupt elite who have driven your country to ruin for their own selfish gain.

I've stated that before LesMiserables.

There is clearly assault and the threat of violence here, and the rancor of Trump supporters.

The press was escorted out by police in riot gear; you can attempt to pretend that didn't happen if you wish.

So, do you believe that violence against members of the media basically "doing their jobs" is justified?

Or not?

First off your wrong about the media.

It exists to report the TRUTH no matter who it is, and yeah turn a profit.

Second off it's not reporters jobs to lie to the people, and keep the current party in power by any means necessary.

Truth is the press is protected in one area only by the 1st and that is redressing the government, reporting ect. This crap today isnt any such thing. Outside of the truth they can be sued, they cant really say whatever the hell they want and claim they are operating under the first.

Didn't say that did I?

The poster you're chiming in on suggested that this was "slobber knocking" on behalf of the First Amendment.

But, of note, it becomes a civil matter when one's constitutional rights are denied, whomever does the denying.

Remember Miss Slap-a-Horse? I think at the time you were defending her as having the right to protest, but isn't she displaying politically motivated violence along with her cohort such that they had to be escorted off the street by mounted cops during which time she assaulted the horse?

What assault? What violence? All I hear is the tender feelings of some scared people, McGruff.
