One of the Messiah's in Islam is Jesus as well.

In Islam he is called a prophet, didn't die on the cross, was never resurrected, and his first order of business upon return...kill all Christians for not worshiping the moon god. Not the same Jesus. Funny thing, the Islamic apocalypse reads like the bad guys are the good guys. Read up, avoid regurgitating what you have heard and search for the real truth.
