Yes, there you go. I suppose I'm wondering why you're replying with information I just posted.

No, it's not odd timing, considering the Billy Bush tapes and the Howard Stern tapes that just came out. People are looking to corroborate Trump's claims. Not that the field has been openned, the woman are not afraid to come come forward, and feel that they will have support now, which they wouldn't have had at an earlier time.

You failed to define Sexual Assault

I thought I copy and pasted the entire page for brevity.

It really is that simple Aaza. Trump is a carnival barker, a side show huckster aiming at the big time. He will say whatever comes to mind to push his product, himself. Ever see the movie Glengarry Glen Ross? Excellent depiction of hardcore salesmen and the convoluted yarns they will spin to 'sucker' the unwary into buying their product with amazing gifts of gab.

OMG! LOL! And YET! Not even in the same park with the school trained politicos given birth from the halls of Hackademia to do the bidding of their international banker overlords! The well developed Keynsarrhea of the mouth has bewitched several generations with a most complex line of BS not to be touched by simple carnival barkers. World class car sales usurper and bewitchers of generations.

The claim is Trump kissed her “directly on the mouth,” which she considers “so inappropriate.”

Your making it sound like she was horrified to announce to everyone that she was raped. That is not the claim.

From your own citation:

(2)Sexual contact.—The term “sexual contact” means— (A) touching, or causing another person to touch, either directly or through the clothing, the genitalia, anus, groin, breast, inner thigh, or buttocks of any person, with an intent to abuse, humiliate, or degrade any person; or (B) any touching, or causing another person to touch, either directly or through the clothing, any body part of any person, if done with an intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person.

Touching may be accomplished by any part of the body.

Forced kissing is touching. There's no way around it!

Why should she announce that she was forcibly kissed by Trump, to this so called family acquaintance? She's obvioulsy a exploitative person, riding on the coattails of an acquaintance to defend Donald Trump, who has already claimed to do just this sort of thing. I think the woman doth protest too much. Jealous much, her?

Trump is now the white Bill Cosby, his presidential run a over, won't make it to the last debate. Already making excuses for why he's going to lose.

Then, how can you deny that forcibly kissing someone, shoving their tongue down and unwilling woman's throat, isn't sexual assault, and indefensible and appalling behavior?

There are no words that you can twist to normalize or make this kind of behavior acceptable.

I never said that. I said I was unaware whether or not unwanted kissing was sexual assault in the states. Then you linked to some obscure website. I was helping you out by posting the entire law in general.

Well, now you know. It is. As well as fondling breasts and grabbing a$$ and pu$$Y. These are things that Mr Trump has bragged about doing.

I think he "bragged" about hitting on someone and failing. But no, he didn't brag about grabbing pink bits.

I do not disagree with you here Log. Not at all. In fact, I agree with your assessment entirely, especially your mention of 'generations' to which I would add generations. Do I include the Clintons in this deceitful parade? You betcha. They've honed their pitches to a fine edge and suckered their constituencies into believing them to be liberals..

Yes, he did.

He also told a story about failing to "get there" and seal the deal, with a certain married woman. Doesn't mean he didn't grab her "pink bits" while he was "moving on her like a bitch". He obviously doesn't understand boundaries.

We are not voting Trump to baby-sit our 17 year old daughters. If that was the case, I'd say, "No to Trump".

We are voting Trump to the office of president.

I don't give a good god-damn if he rapes baby goats to pictures of Satan tattooed on the ass of Kim effing Kardashian.

If he keeps us out of wars, brings jobs back and lowers my taxes, then I'm good with it.

Why in the #### do we have to "like" our presidents?

Since when did they have to pass a ####ing gentleness check?

Just do the damned job as president!

I don't want a bestest buddy for president. I don't even care if he's a nice guy.

Just do the job!

The story would be different if she left out the assault. All it means is she didn't tell that friend.

Will he treat female dignitaries with respect though or will he start grabbing them? Putin created an international incident just by putting his coat around a chinese woman that was cold. I honestly don't think Trump knows about or cares about protocol and what's appropriate. So yes, it does matter.

Trump wants war though, he wants to double the size of the military, he wants to go back into the Middle East, he potentially wants to shoot it out with the Chinese, and lowering taxes I covered with you the other day. Even if you can magically increase spending while lowering federal taxes, those taxes just move to states and cities, they don't actually go down.

Trump Accuser in NYT Hit Piece Linked to Clinton Foundation

As is Gloria Allred.

Plus their own emails have shown they planned all this back in May...

I don't believe ANY of them. It is an attempt by Hillary and the DNC, GOP and elitists to smear him. Its ridiculous and disgusting.

Their own family members and other folks who were present have debunked their claims, BTW.

Many holes have been punched in many of the accusers stories and the timing couldn't have been better for Hillary thats why i don't believe any of them
