Nope...that was the first vote...the second one was the King V Burwell with a June 25, 2015 ruling.

First, thanks OP, and the participants in this thread - actual thinking required. This is why I still come here.

2nd. Wow. I hadn't even thought about that, even with being aware that the next POTUS will seat at LEAST two judges (GInsburg is 83), and then my mind goes to...what about what the "O" machine has on the last two appointees. Let alone that perhaps the reason one of the Justices in question in the OP may have been...and...was passed along to...? Too scary, as is Mr. Mob's thoughts.
