This stuff is from 2015 but the ACA ruling was June 28, 2012

Nope...that was the first vote...the second one was the King V Burwell with a June 25, 2015 ruling.

King v Burwell

Threatening political assassination of the Chief Justice of the United States because he goes against the acting government is no big deal to you? Plotting this political assassination and talking about threatening it is no big deal?

This says it all, this is how they roll and this is how they would govern.
Mafioso mob rule Clinton style....

The AND here is

It was thanks to a guy named ROBERTS that sits on the SCOTUS

That was the 'decider' of the ACA being ruled 'constitutional'.

But hey IGNORE supreme court justices getting Threatened.

Maybe Scalia was offed after all.

Better yet, is an entire thread for the topic.

The argument now seems to be that this was a scatology reference, not a euphemism for murder.

I can't imagine the file she will have on her fist impartial SCOTUS nominee?

First, thanks OP, and the participants in this thread - actual thinking required. This is why I still come here.

2nd. Wow. I hadn't even thought about that, even with being aware that the next POTUS will seat at LEAST two judges (GInsburg is 83), and then my mind goes to...what about what the "O" machine has on the last two appointees. Let alone that perhaps the reason one of the Justices in question in the OP may have been...and...was passed along to...? Too scary, as is Mr. Mob's thoughts.

III: Iain'tB, thanks to your wonderful MSM musings I've found this thread, which is two goldmines in one day.

D; Just for continuity of formats. FNORD

Where is our Mr. Beale?
