Hardy has laid down some impressive performances.
Check out 'The Drop'' and 'Legend' if you haven't already.

tom hardy is fantastic.
love everything he does.

you want to see him at his best get your hands on the take. its a 4 part mini series from the uk. maybe 10 years old.
he is fantastic. plays a real pile of #. one of the most unlikable characters you will come across

My friend's son who graduated from RADA this year, has his first small part in this movie.

It looks fantastic to be honest and a great reminder of what can be achieved when your backs are against the wall.

I remember the series it was on Sky one, I believe, and yeah, he really made you feel uncomfortable, every time he was in a scene. Top top acting.

Is it another exercise in Holywood revisionism , perhaps with the US navy saving the day, or a few Americans in the rearguard holding off the Germans for those critical hours.

I hope the film credits the contribution of the French who suffered grievously and the civilians who rallied to help.

I'd be a bit surprised if a Nolan film doesn't hold up to at least superficial historical scrutiny. Not his style to half-ass things.
