An absolutely stunning achievement has just been completed.
34-year-old Ben Smith was bullied as a child and suffered depression as a result through his 20's , he took up running as a therapy which led to his 401 challenge to raise as much money as he could for two charities close to his heart , Kidscape and Stonewall.

Today Ben has completed his 401 challenge.

On September 1st 2015 I will be embarking on a challenge of a lifetime which will see me run 401 marathons in 401 consecutive days around 309 different locations of the UK. The aim is to raise £250,000 for two fantastic charities, ‘Stonewall’ and ‘Kidscape’. Both these charities work tirelessly to combat bullying in our schools and society.

My knees hurt just reading this headline.

I can't even understand how this is possible. Jeeze, that's absolutely incredible. I couldn't even imagine doing one marathon.

He should have left his hair and beard grow for the 401 days, then he would be the real-life Forrest Gump.

I had no idea there were that many marathons in the UK!
