A metal detector, the wands when they're set on sensitive detect the stimoceiver. Mine is the size of a domino, if you have been implanted with nano technology I doubt that a metal detector would pick it up.

Also -- why don't you go to the local hospital, show the MRI scans and ask to have the foreign object removed??
