It sure is. Lord, if it caught on it might actually put a measurable dent in the amount of violent crime taking place in America, not to mention saving the tax payers money. We can't have either of those things happen now, can we?

I'd assume it would be a very, very long time before someone abused your child again... that said, rape isn't a slapped kid. A better analogy would be the neighbor molested your kid... in that situation, the parent who swung the axe or pulled the trigger is a responsible citizen and should be celebrated, PERIOD.

Until violent criminals begin using it for their own defense....
Or it is that someone "thought" his wife was being raped (she was cheating) and chased him down and killed the guy or something else similar.
