Medical Question: Sweating and Headaches?

Okay, I have been sweating and having severe headaches today? Even more puzzling is that my mind has never been sharper than it is today, I've been able to recall information faster than normal, which is unusual cause sometimes it is hard to remember what someone told me one minute ago, usually. Does anyone know what this might be?

Neither sounds normal and could be nothing, could be a sign of something serious. Go check things out with an MD.
