I refuse to go into battle in an armored coffin that doesn't have a keg chiller.

I can't think of a single home I've been in, in the US, without a kettle. Granted, in most households they go completely unused - which is probably for the best, because most of my countrymen think those Lipton® bags make drinkable tea.

I'm primarily a coffee drinker, but once I discovered "REAL" tea, I understood what all the fuss was about.

This story is awesome, because I'm midway through a restoration/customization of my 1981 Jaguar (Jag-You-Are), and I'm planning on building a hot water tap for tea into it. I don't recall if it was from a Bond movie or Austin Powers, but since seeing it, I've always planned on it being a fun, over-the-top touch.

I don't always drink tea but when I do I prefer Earl Grey with a spot of milk. Or, if I'm feeling really wild, Constant Comment.

But yes, in bags I'm afraid.

That is just so deeply wrong.

Builder's tea, that's the way to go.
The empire wasn't built on effete rubbish like Earl Grey, tea should be strong enough to strip the silver off the spoon you stir the nine sugars in with.

Technically speaking we(Americans) are children of British Imperialism...

If we were to adopt the parlance of our times then Americans would be called "English-Americans" so as not to offend....good on the Amish for correctly labeling the world outside...

I used to just heat up my MRE on the M1 tank by placing it on the back exhaust grill.
Worked fine....unless the tank drove off with lunch.

the first M1 Abrams was supposed to have a coffee maker but it was cut from the original design.

I do understand liking tea though having lived in England for two years.
Just remember never put the large PG tips bag meant for a liter into a single cup.
With all the caffeine I didn't stop shaking for two days.

I have got to say I rather like this chap and his channel.

Every fighting vessel has the ability to make a cup of Tea for it's occupants
thus making it the best better than any other I agree.

You build a tank, at least give it some nice seats, it bites your ass and your back, give it a coffee maker, and it compensates!

Your exactly right it doesn't matter if you have a tea or coffee maker, it matters if you can shoot straight and blow stuff up!

I would be FAR too busy destroying things than to be drinking a beverage,Americans STRONGLY believe in sustained attacks.
