Trump is upping the ante with a question for Obama.

He asks Obama make a pledge to NOT pardon Hillary or anybody else connected with the email scandal !!

Trump refers Hillary's accomplices as "co-conspirators" on top of it.

Getting hot now.

In a speech today, Trump says Hillary will put the Oval Office up for sale !!!

No answer from Obama yet that I know of.

Trump to Obama: Do Not Pardon Hillary Clinton "Or Her Co-Conspirators"

At a campaign rally in Novi, Michigan Friday evening, Donald Trump asked President Barack Obama not to "pardon Clinton and her co-conspirators" if any charges were filed related to the email scandal.

"Mr. President," Trump said. "Will you pledge not to issue a pardon to Hillary Clinton and her co-conspirators for their many crimes against our country, and against society itself. No one is above the law."

Cool move and I'm confident Obama will not even acknowledge it, let alone do it. I think Trump is a day late and a dollar short. Even if a big bomb is dropped, the media will suppress it until after the elections and pardons.

I don't care how big a loon Trump may or may not be. Just the fact that he's doing this stuff makes him necessary.

Don't you have to have a conviction before you can be pardoned?

Don't you have to have facts of criminal activity before you can even charge someone? Let alone get a conviction?

Well that's an interesting tactic. It could simply be he knows something more.

I have a odd feeling Trump knows he has this election locked up. He doesn't really have to try and is just biding his time.

HRC will be hit with something right before election time keeping her from being allowed to be elected.

Now Trump is tying up loose ends to make sure she goes down without help. If something happens and Obama does pardon her then Trump, as President, can push for measures against him as well.

If my scenario is even remotely correct....well played Mr. Trump...well played!

No.

You already know a President can pardon anybody at any time.

Even before an indictment.

Study the Ford pardon of Nixon.

Technically, although Ford pardoned Nixon before he could be indicted it was pretty much a sure thing that he was going to be charged, so he was pardoned before charges were filed.

But as far as the FBI is concerned she hasn't committed any crimes, so there's nothing to pardon. By insinuating that Obama is going to pardon Hillary he's just trying to push the idea that she's indubitably going to be found to have committed a crime.

trying to Jail your political opponent is a pretty common tactic with corrupt politicians and authoritarian regimes.

Would you agree with these facts?

1. Congress subpoenaed Clintons emails.

2. Clinton aware of the subpoenas purposely deleted the emails.

3. Clinton advised some people involved to ignore congressional requests for statements.

4. Clinton advised people involved to take the fifth so as not to tell on her.

5. Clinton in doing this obstructed justice.

That was a pretty good video to watch. I don't have TV in my house, so this forum is the only way I see political speeches.

Certain Trump already knows what Assange or the Russians are about to dump. Very bold statement but not if he already knows the severity of the info. This happened the last time before the DNC leaks. Heavy heavy attacks by H Camp and the media on Trump and then bam. DNC got Torpedoed.

David Ignatius: Why Putin hates Clinton, loves Trump

And what about GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump? Some have argued that he was the intended beneficiary of Moscow's DNC hack. But it seems more likely that Trump is what Russian intelligence officers sometimes describe as a "useful idiot"— a person who unintentionally fosters Moscow's campaign of instability.

Nope. Ford pardoned Nixon, who was never convicted.

Most likely he would have been. They let him resign. He got a "Hail Mary".

IMO there was some serious bending letting Nixon leave quietly.

There was factual information of criminal activity.

The fbi dropped the investigation because they found Obama was using an unsecured server to communicate with Hillary.
He goes down with her so somebody stepped in.

That's my take. The truth will come out some day.
