Site says the transfer of a key part of the Internet architecture to a unaccountable global organization.
Site is wrong. ICANN is a California registered corporation. It is accountable.

I know ICANN is currently a private Californian not-for-profit company. Who would be accountable?

The corporation. If it does something illegal it is accountable. If it violates its bylaws it is accountable. If it commits malfeasance it is accountable.

It is exactly as accountable as it was under the government contract and it will be doing exactly the same thing it did under the government contract.

How do you know ICANN has foreign stockholders? Or are you confusing stockholders with stakeholders?

I hold not ATS stock. I am, however, a stakeholder.

The Three Branches of the Federal Government - Legislative , Judicial , and Executive . All Three are Bound by the Constitution of the United States of America to Uphold the Law . Congress IS the LAW .

What law is involved with a contract which expired?
Congress created a contract with ICANN a few years back. That was their involvement. The contract has expired. Congress has no further involvement.
What law was broken?

How you doing on that Executive Order number, btw?
