Gotta say, these days, ones as likely as the other...

It's my understanding the guy is in jail? If it's a set up...wondering who.

Whether set up or no, it was a disgusting bit of theater, playing on racial stereotypes that few find amusing.

I am not going to say it isn't possible, but the more likely scenario is that some a hole decided he wanted to go be an a hole.
At least in opinion.
