The whee portal for confusions sake

"Beware, beware!" the man with a symbol on face spoke into air and water...looking like his mind was so far from his skull...he just wanted to say beware beware!
A fellow skipping along with a smile, thought...hmmm i speak with similar vowels and consonants..." so, where should i be, sir?"

"okay, i am here and your there...we cool..?"
"sure, whatever!" the first man spoke...
the smiling fellow, understood..and bowed his face, "whatever..."

yet these dears would have to wait and wait...until another being ate food...drank water...
