The official story, yah right.

The criminal investigation and the safety report. The evidence is detailed. Detail probably not reported through Russian channels who are controlled by the Russian authorities.

The whole investigation in the west was conducted by a NATO member state. This as objective as letting cops investigate their own shootings. Sadly, the way of things. We can all rest assured the western meme will always be, Putin did it.

Thanks again for miming it, one more time.

The flight did not go down in Russia. The flight did not originate in Russia. The flight's destination was not Russia. The plane was not manufacturer in Russia. The airline that owned the plane was not bad in Russia. There were no Russians on board. Explain why you think Russia should have been part of the JIT.

Actually, the investigation was an international effort involving Australia, Belgium, Malaysia, the Netherlands and Ukraine. Russia has been involved at various stages. The evidence has clearly shown a link with Russia.

Because they are being blamed, forgot the right to face your accusers in open court?

Supporting in secret investigations and finger pointing as opposed to combined forensic analysis? One sided version of events are alway the most suspicious.

Living Russia out of it is the most telling aspect.

Clearly shows a link? Wheres the forensics? Oh, the first investigation done wth pictures taken from the internet.

They misidentified the weapon itself (what series), the damage caused (the shape of shrapnel holes), the position the missile was launched from (east vs. west Ukraine) and the direction it was facing when the war head detonated (frag spatter).

NATO is not neutral, should never have been allowed to carry secret investigations. With a death toll that high of civilians it should have been done in open court in an independent venue.

Edit: Every time you state 'clearly this and that', you insult the relatives of the victims, they are ever denied closure without a fair trial in the public eye.

Like said, you should read the reports. Start with the Dutch Safety and then with the preliminary criminal investigation. There is sourced evidence in both, and the Safety Report includes an analysis of the forensics that concluded the missile series and other facts.

Sad to say that if you have made up your mind that it's a fix, then even if you understood the forensics (and I doubt you would understand them), you would find some reason not to believe, or find some other reason that does not implicate Russia.

Noting that many of the relatives of the victims are seeking to sue Putin, so best not try to bring the victims into this tragedy of Russian meddling.

Thats how you quote peoples posts? Adding "bad blah" inside quotation marks is also a good indicator of your general demeanor. Good thing you're not presenting evidence at trial. Oh yah what trial.... 'putin did it'.

No thats what a secret investigation by NATO did. Too obvious to anyone who sees it was in fact prolonged, delayed and most secret. The results of which are very unforensic on purpose to cover for the Ukrainians who not only murdered their own countrymen whole sale at the wests bidding, but even shot down a whole airliner filled with innocent strangers not even from their country.

The insiniuation that Russia somehow intentionally did this is ludicrous and an insult to everyones intelligence. They have no reason to carry such a barbarous act, but the Ukrainians who murder people in their beds with artillery, they enjoy killing.

It is intellectually lazy and simplistic to continually take the view that because a country is part of NATO everything it does is motivated at discrediting Russia.

As you know, NATO have nothing to do with the investigations into the MH17 tragedy, an investigation that has involved Russia. The word "international" in the criminal investigation is the giveaway that other countries are involved.

However, the evidence is there if you read the reports. The evidence of the missile type, of the launcher movements and of the consequences. At the end of the day Russia has been shown to be complicit. The depth of their involvement is perhaps indicated by the time invested in attempting to derail due legal process.

I love how Russia and their supporters are now complaining about the nature of the investigation. I even saw RT saying they're should have been an independent Tribunal. The exact same kind of Tribunal that was proposed to the UN but was vetoed by Russia.

Russia has lied and spun misinformation this entire investigation. Why would they do that if they weren't trying to perfect the actual culprits?
