What does your link have to do with pyramid research?

My response is missing from the post - not sure why - but here is what I commented:

I wish I had thought of that! Good one.

I'm Russian by heritage.

I've searched unsuccessfully for that.

I suspect that any papers on the topic are in Russian and have not been translated into English.

Is this sort of related to what you're looking for?

It's a 7 page PDF housed on a website for Western University - Canada. "Apex angle" is the first symbol listed: "Vortex shedding from slender surface mounted pyramids."

Do you understand at all what that paper is about? Difficulty factor: in your own words, Mary.

Hint: googling for keywords without reading for content understanding is STILL not your friend

It doesn't matter.

What matters is participating in a constructive way on a forum.

Quoting a paper you don't understand isn't it, likely. Even if you find all keywords right there in one place.

Only if your purpose here is to try to impress others with your scientific acumen.

I'm a researcher.

A person here asked a very relevant question about the topic at hand.

I'm going to continue my search for an answer.

Because it's a good question.

Have you researched what the fruits of your research actually mean, in this particular case?

What's the point of researching if you can't read it for meaning? Just googling keywords doesn't pay off in oh so many cases.

And the acumen level of this one's about 3rd year at university, I'd say. Maybe a stout 1st. Not that high, in other words.

I'd say you were trying to impress Pirvonen with your google-fu. It's hard to do if you can't actually ASSESS the relevance of the results, though, innit?

I know what I'm looking for from science and technology.

That's all that matters to me.

I know where to look.

And I know that mainstream Western science are not the leaders.

And Wikipedia is unreliable.

Thankfully, the internet is updated constantly with new sources of information.

And hopefully, more and more Russian scientific research into the effects of pyramids will be translated into English.

Sorry if a bit of topic

I like Equilateral Pyramids they have a geometrical elequence.
Who's starting point is simplicity itself

Take a point
Create a circle from that point say by compass or a piece of string
Divide that circle by the length of the piece of string which is it's radius
You get six divisions of the 360 degrees of the circle
I.E. 6 X 60 degrees

Mark a line from point 1 to 3
Dotto point 2 to 4
3 to 5
4 to 6
5 to 1
6 to 2

You then have two eqilateral triangles
One inverted inside the other
Like the star of David

Also with it you have 6 equilateral triangles
With a Hexagon in the Centre

Extrapolate that into a 3 dimensional object and you have a merkabar

With a perfect square base and top

No other geometrical shape is as simple

Also from this simple premice of dividing a circle by it's radius
And creating further circles from the 6 points and so on you get an intersecting pattern
This is called "The Flower of Life"

All from a starting point and a piece of string

In other words, it's got pretty pictures in and you like it because it's cranky, but don't understand a bit of it. Got it.

Taking your statement, that would mean you select the "research" that you want and dismiss anything else that is unrelated to your point of view, exactly the same as what a anti-vaccination person would do.

You are not a researcher, a researcher of science investigates all areas of research regardless if it does not agree to their view of the subject and they stack up all available evidence on the subject and make a conclusion from it regardless if it invalidates what they believe in.

You only choose what you want to see that only fits your view point and nothing else; that is not a researcher that is a person of a limited scope, deliberate deception, and bad misleading information.

What I want is the truth, despite the censorship and harassment of the powers that be.

I know bogus arguments when I see them.

You claim to want the truth, yet you seek it in the most closed-minded, intellectually dishonest manner. The truth isn't what we personally want to be true, it's something that's true whether we like it or not.

I know bogus arguments when I see them.

Your willingness to uncritically accept junk science simply because you want it to be true suggests otherwise.

Going forward, information about the effects of pyramids will come out. There is a revolution taking place because people who are not under the control of their employer are volunteering to get involved to help make things happen. And there are three leaders who have joined together to get the truth out:

  • Dr. Konstantin Korotkov, Ph.D. Univ. of St. Petersburg
  • Dr. Sam Osmanogich, Ph.D., Bosnian Pyramid discoverer
  • Valery Uvarov, pyramid designer & Egyptologist

There is lost science from the past that is being rediscovered.

  • Dr. Konstantin Korotkov, Ph.D. Univ. of St. Petersburg

From his website:

His scientific line, known as the Electrophotonics, is based on Gas Discharge Visualization technique (GDV), is a breakthrough beyond Kirlian photography for direct, real-time viewing of the human energy fields. This new technology allows one to capture by a special camera the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy emanating to and from an individual, plants, liquids, powders, inanimate objects and translate this into a computerized model. This allows researcher and client to see imbalances that may be influencing an individual’s well-being greatly facilitating the diagnosis of the CAUSE of any existing imbalances showing the area of the body and the organ systems involved. One of the greatest benefits to date is the ability to do “real-time” measurements of a variety of treatments for such conditions as cancer to determine which is the most appropriate for the client.

How will you know? If you don't understand what these people are telling you, then you have no way to critically analyze the information.

I know better than you, apparently.

You keep talking about me for some reason.

Why not talk about the science itself, which would be on-topic.

Get your hands on some papers written by Russian scientists and tear them apart using objective analysis.

Would you be able to provide me with some links to these documents (the specific ones you would like me to analyze) so that I can do an analysis?

I am fluent in Russian and my background affords me the ability to be able to do a thorough analysis of these alternative journal entries.

Nothing you have posted in this thread even resembles science.

I'm surprised and shocked that this thread is still here, tbh. IMO it should've been moved to Skunk Works a long time ago as it is pure baseless speculation and utterly lacking in scientific evidence.
