It's not like they met in traffic, she witnessed him enter his car to pursue her. She purposefully tried to lose him and he continued to 'follow'.

Again what exactly was his plan again for when she stopped her car? If I had a weapon, I would open fire on someone suspicious enough to angrily follow me to my final destination.

She also has no idea if he's psycho and if he has a weapon and what he plans to do when he stops.

You can call it legal, no police officer on earth would advise that behavior, and to be honest could be considered harassment also, even though its understandable he felt harassed for being given the finger.

This exact example happened to me a couple years ago except it was a guy who said demeaning things outside our house to my gf and I chased the guy back into his car. You live and you learn when you can talk the talk but can't back it up.

I think chase as described by tailgating and beeping. The officer says follow. Either way, it is wrong. The guy was lucky he wasn't charged for reckless driving, at least.

My deal was some punks casing my house. I was told to get their info and give it to the police. I did just that. No laws broken.

Possibly poeple can try this themselves. Someone in a car flips you off. You get in your car, tailgate and beep, trying to what? Get them to stop and ...I don't think he just wanted to talk politics and have a coffee.

When the person you chased or followed calls the police, see what happens to you. This guy was lucky.

Cutting anything out is suspicious. I wouldn't call it a whole video if manipulation is clearly going on, generally to benefit the manipulator.

If she looks this bad with the cut video, how did she look without the missing pieces?
