Help with [---?]

Hi sorry to bother everyone but I need some help please. Is it possible to give me a list of all the [---] things to use, you know for when I'm quoting an outside news source, thanks.

I like to do things properly after all.

First I use the 'insert a link to page or site', the square icon with the arrow. Then I use 'insert content from an external source' icon that is shaped like a cloud.

Oddly, I have not used 'insert content from a news source', the icon that looks like a little paper with a folded over corner. The result is not much different.
