Hillary's depressed? Gee, I wonder why. It's not like her entire existence has revolved around "pretending" and acting. People aren't buying it anymore - I have no sympathy for that hag of a woman.

Well, after reading this thread I now understand why there is another thread stating point-blank that Trump supporters are stupid.

Did any of you actually take the time to read her comments in proper context, or did you just read the headline and run with it?

How embarrassing for the people that own and run this website, that this idiocy is on the web for everyone to see and what an embarrassment this is to the membership.

LOGIC - has left the thread - you are using pure wingnuttery

i will type again - slowly for the critical thinking impaired :

the statement " the election is depressing " quotemined out of the context of its origional stement - is NOT an admission that mrs clinton is clinically depressed

wingnut straw grasping has eaten through another barrel

I kinda like that look for her.

People might start to invite her to parties. She can bring the guacamole.

Well, I agree with Hillary on one thing: this election cycle is depressing.

What I don't get is with all the material these two sad candidates provide on a daily basis, how do we end up with threads like this one?

If Trump gets elected it will be because of Hillary. Bernie could have won.

I would like to sum up the 2016 US election.

Hillary will be worse than we can imagine.
Trump won't be as great as we can imagine.

*drops mic*

And we will all still be screwed.

There was never a time when we weren't going to be screwed.

The American public is a drunk prom date in the backseat of the schools star quarterbacks car.

I would rather the proles be described as temporarily incapacitated
on some illicit pharmaceuticals found in tampered KoolAid. "I just
wanted a bad boy.. when I woke up it looks like I get to have one."
Now if we can nickname her Rosemary, we'll have the right meme.

Methinks the depression could instead be the guilt starting to pile
up. Plenty to feel guilty about if a fraction of it is true.. .02.

I believe that, Richapau. Bernie was TIRELESS and he had really enthusiastic supporters, just like Trump. But I wouldn't give up hope on that subject yet. The DNC has formulated a Plan-B, just in case they need to yank Hillary, or she yanks herself out of the race. That Plan-B might stand for "Plan Bernie".

Emotions would run higher with a TRUMP vs SANDERS than they are with TRUMP vs clinton. She's withering away.

I'll bet she got really depressed when she noticed that she couldn't even fill a 300 seat venue---despite the fact that she has about 60 people tagging along with her. I would be depressed and frustrated too if that happened to me on a campus that has over 30k students.
I suppose she was just relieved that everyone wanted to talk about bombs today rather than emails.

I actually believe she shot herself in the foot demanding there
be no audience at the debates. An organic laugh track always
can lift your spirits, and make the subject matter easier to handle.
Except maybe in Hil's case-- where the laughs could happen
after her attempt to answer a tough one.
Looks like damned if they're there, damned if they're not.

PS. If she's got the place packed with 20% of her own peeps--
that's got to be like standup in a redneck coffee house. Been
there, done a lot of 'em. Pre-metal and cheap beer don't mix.
Raw-HEN. BlaLahLahLahLahLahSMACK. Forget the badoom-tish.
Instead of doing the right thing and losing the agent in time, I got
depressed and quit. HEY, Hil.. only a suggestion to follow through.

If Trump gets elected it will be because of Hillary's supporters. They have done more to alienate people than anything Clinton herself has done. Several times in this thread alone, in fact.

OK. To whom is the election "depressing"? Do elections themselves get depressed? No, people do. So if Hillary says, "The election is depressing." whom do you think she is referring to? Huma? Bill? Bernie? Her "people"? You're being snarky and calling people names here, yet it is you who aren't being very critical (in desperate support for your candidate) and attempting to define away her use of the term by a pedantic twist of questionable grammar.

I'm certainly willing to take the word "clinically" out of the equation here, but it is quite obvious to anyone other than her starry-eyed believers that Hillary is not having a lot of fun in this campaign. She's not very energetic. Her repartee is totally lacking. Her venues are nearly empty. She's got some sort of physical drama going on here, whether it is temporary or not, and she's slipping in the polls. And, oh! She SAID, "This election is depressing."

Now you come along, call everyone illogical and lacking critical thinking, and your argument is that Hillary is not depressed; it's just that the campaign is depressing.

which is a completely absurd argument.

Your argument reminds me of a parent scolding the kids for jumping on the couch. The kids roll their eyes, call their parents illogical and devoid of critical thinking skills, and patiently explain that they weren't jumping on the couch; they were jumping on the cushions.

She's frustrated because she feels she should be running away with this thing. No matter what she does, she's in a constant stae of confusion because Trump is virtually tied with her in the polls. She can't comprehend why her perceived inevitable coronation is being stymied now as it was in 2008.

Where's Patton Oswalt on this one? He'll praise her and say she's even MORE qualified now that she appears more human. A depressed senior citizen with pneumonia and a cheating husband. That makes for a super president!
