- Egypt's Treasure - (poetry)

Millennia passing through the ages
Doors through time ancient rhymes,
Many Voices calling me,
Are but a whisper, sands of time.

Secrets held never cease,
Only meant for those of peace,
Know the secret place in thee
Through darkened times shall see.

Beauty beyond what could be told
Quiet places softened heart,
I always loved you from the start
Emerald eyes that once shone bright.

Take me back unto that place
Where i belong in ancient times,
Dazzling me with your composure;
You overlooked the river Nile.

Amazing are you still and now
To me forever my secret charm,
Sleep now rest until you arise
Once more shall meet again when
Long ago you protected me,
From within, thy enemy's harm...
