Loosing ever more rights, and this time our property as well...

Has Congress gone crazy? Law makers want Washington to decide if a grocery store can open on Main Street while approving new subsidies and pushing legislation that will make even more subsidies necessary.

Exclusive to American Free Press

By James P. Tucker Jr.

Trying to hide their evil acts from public scrutiny, a group of senators have barred the public from attending vitally important hearings on a land use bill that is intended to unconstitutionally impose federal standards on local zoning boards.

The feds want nothing more than to be able to take direct control over local land use, a thought that would make the Founding Fathers turn over in their graves.

Democrats barred the public April 25 from a committee meeting and a vote on the land-use bill that will impose federal standards on local zoning boards.

Want to open a small business or build a house? Democrats and some Republicans want Americans to have to go to Washington bureaucrats for approval.

This seems to be a good time to remind people to review the actual content of the Constitution (Any standard keyword search will lead you to a copy of it) & to point a finger into the Website Related Discussion section here to three threads in particular; American Petition, Concerns on Constitutional Violations & Concerns on Amendment Violations.

Okay, I admit it; This is a shameful plug (even considering that they're obviously related to this thread) designed to direct interest & support for some of my own threads...Sue me if you can!

Clinton really got this ball rolling early in his admin. This will make things go easy when martial law is enacted.
"This land is your land, this land is my land,...." riiiiiiiiiiiight.
