check your u2us in the members section. youve probably received a warning for something you posted..they deduct points for warnings, and award points for applause

As spliff4020 has said if you have lost points due to anything you will have a u2u explaining this,

You will find your u2u's in the member center

and also there is a message when you recieve a u2u

top right of the page...

Hmmm...indeed perplexing.

The only thing I could track down as a possibility was a thread you posted, entitled 'America and Isreal...The Two Sticks'...which seemed to incur numerous 'One Liner' Warns - in fact, a total of 14 of them...

I would suggest you contact kinglizard for clarification on this.

You would be correct in saying that. In fact it was more than that I believe. You see, i had no idea on how to post the link, and if I had known it would ave saved me a lot of copying and pasting. I now know how to post a link thanks to many nice people here who taught me.

Thanks for being so kind. I will, as I still not clear on some things. I am a new person to the internet, my sisters are not. I have just come back home a few months ago, after being away. Thanks again , I am overwhelmed by the kindness that is shown to others here in the ats forum.

As stated in the u2u’s you received from me the warnings come with a point deduction. You copied and pasted 14 pages of text from a website without citing the source. Each of these posts were over 1000 words doubling the 500 word maximum set by the owner of this discussion board. You received a copy/paste warning for each of them. You say that you didn’t know how to post a link. Well you don’t need to know BBcode to give credit to the author. Plagiarism and copy/paste posting is not allowed on ATS. The warnings you received are for doing just that. This action was discussed between myself and a supermod. In the future if you want to contest the actions of a staff member please u2u that person or use the “comments” function to address the issue.
