What meat did you buy? next time, ask for a pork fillet (about 1kg) & give it a layer of olive oil and a sprinkle of rock salt, BBQ roast on 200deg C
for about 35mins. Let stand in loose foil for 10mins THEN eat it with fresh mango flesh and feta cheese.
I kid you not, this trifecta is a winner, you will smash it all back in one sitting and then immediately want more.

Use as a secret ingredient in all soups, stews, chile, etc... It adds depth and complexity to the flavor experience.
