The Police is going to hold a presser in the next hour, I won't speculate, but the reporter did say that the device detonated at a time that the runners were scheduled to be passing by that area.. The start was delayed due to the large number of signups...

The race start was delayed. The bomb obviously had a timer that would have set the explosive to detonate as those in the race passed this location. Certainly those reporting from the scene are convinced that this was more than mischief by the misguided.

Well...they are now calling it a pipe bomb there were 2 now the one explosion in Chelsea many injured and seems a second site. Funny they are coming out saying it's not related to terror...
