Im aware of that..and I work for the government in Emergency Services. In Michigan...they base it on time between uses. They do urine, and hair strand
test going back a couple months.
Now someone did win a suit to keep his job...but heres the rub...you test positive for usage? And at anytime? Then "dirty" is considered "dirty". Now,
if you cry medical discrimination...they just pull the ole "youre at-will-employment" and can you get canned on that.
Its been fought...enough even though the firearm CPL/CCW/M.M. simultaneous ownership...is not allowed...and I personally? If I sued against my rights
being violated? Even if I won...I wouldnt want to work for a company like that anyway.
I dont think many here would want to either.
