That depends on the state, in Arizona a mmj card holder can not get fired for testing hot as long as it's not being smoked at or during work or if you work in a safety sensitive job like a class A cdl and similar jobs.

There seems to be this in between stasis. The Fed still considers in illegal but states rights is superseding this so the Fed is playing catch up, hopefully.

Its time the war on drugs ended. Like alcoholic prohibition before it, its a waste of time.

We never seem to learn, you can't eradicate a substance and you cant subjugate nations and peoples.

Are you implying that pain specific strains did not help your "friend" to get off of the pharma drugs?

Agreed. They need to keep out of personal medications and the need to use..or not to use...them. They should get out of our business. Whatever it is...

Im aware of that..and I work for the government in Emergency Services. In Michigan...they base it on time between uses. They do urine, and hair strand test going back a couple months.

Now someone did win a suit to keep his job...but heres the rub...you test positive for usage? And at anytime? Then "dirty" is considered "dirty". Now, if you cry medical discrimination...they just pull the ole "youre at-will-employment" and can you get canned on that.

Its been fought...enough even though the firearm CPL/CCW/M.M. simultaneous ownership...is not allowed...and I personally? If I sued against my rights being violated? Even if I won...I wouldnt want to work for a company like that anyway.

I dont think many here would want to either.

Thanks for your reply here!

Best....MS

I'm in Michigan and we have medical weed. Heroin here has done anything but decline here it's running rampant. I've heard the same thing about Colorado. The pro pot propaganda always has some new stupid statistic saying how good the benefits of weed are.

OHIO is suing major pharmaceutical companies for causing the Opioid epidemic.

www.nbcnews.com...

What does someone look like when they are an opioid abuser? If it's an epidemic, they must be all around us every day.

Constant nose itching (amateurs)

The physical chemical dependency is HORRIBLE!

Withdrawal symptoms are like the worst flu ever!
Hot/cold sweats, nausea, it's bad!
And all that from one minor surgery and a bottle of pills

When the pill mills dried up in 2012ish, those easy pills were gon

They all went to Heroin

Now we have febtanyl, carfentil

Amazing wicked chemical compounds to humans
