It includes any person in the Clinton Foundation / offshoots that are responsible for the day to day operations / management. Any person who failed to disclose foreign donations as was required in the MOA signed with Obama. Any person who failed to report foreign donations who then received access to Clinton in violation of FEC laws / rules.

My opinion on this is based on how the Clintons used ADFA in the Arkansas days. The Clinton Foundation seems to be a much bigger version of that scheme.

My opinion is based on the illegal donations made to her Senate Campaign by foreign nations, including China. On the fines Hillary received for breaking other FEC laws about donations.

So how much of that money was spent bribing DA's so they would drop their investigations?

there is no reason why everyone of us cant do this, it's not illeagal, it's just working the system to your advantage as i said in another thread, non profits and charity's have been used to launder money and for tax purposes for years i guess the Clintons kind of took it to the next level though with the pay to play stuff and pushing the money through the charity, they had to have been up on the radar with that for a while, im guessing there were just to many fingers in the pie which meant they were just too hot to touch.

The moment Trump threw his hat into the ring he became a politician.

Until elected one is only playing at becoming a politician.

Take it to the Trump thread please.

Secondly for this thread none because AG Lynch was appointed by Bill Clinton as a Fed Prosecutor and will remain as AG under Hillary should she win. Never mind the fact she worked for a private law firm that represented the Clinton's in the interim years.

Clinton charity never provided foreign donor data

Kerry’s Senate speech in her defense help clear the way for an overwhelming confirmation vote, 94-to-2.

“All contributions by foreign governments will be subject to a review process by the State Department’s officials,’’ Kerry said on the Senate floor. “This review will occur prior to the receipt of any such contribution, and Senator Clinton has made clear that the process has been designed to avoid even the appearance of a conflict of interest.’’

Kerry played a key role in brokering the disclosure agreement as chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Yeah no compliance there...

Dictionary.com

1.a person actively engaged in politics, esp a full-time professional member of a deliberative assembly
2.a person who is experienced or skilled in the art or science of politics, government, or administration; statesman
3.(derogatory, mainly US) a person who engages in politics out of a wish for personal gain, as realized by holding a public office

We done with dueling dictionaries now?

Ironically enough the left doesn't seem to think Trump is a politician.

Cant you see we are involved in debating the definition of a politician and other trivial aspects of the English language while the topic is ignored. We only have so much room for anal retentiveness in this thread and sadly we are maxed out.

That is not "the rest", that is in addition to:

individuals or parties having or hoping to achieve power.

The definition includes candidates. Are you really claiming that Trump is not a politician?
