A Texas teenager who's abduction was caught on a WalMart security camera has been found dead. The suspect in the murder Johnny Lee Williams, was arrested in a hospital in Arizona. The body of Megan Leann Holden, 19, was discovered in a highway ditch 380 miles away from where she was taken.
college student whose abduction was captured on a surveillance videotape as she was leaving her clerk's job at a Wal-Mart was found shot to death Friday, and a suspect was arrested, authorities said.

The body of Megan Leann Holden, 19, was discovered in a ditch alongside a highway in western Texas. Police said she was killed at the hands of a man who went on a multi state crime spree before he turned up Friday at an Arizona hospital with a gunshot wound.

Authorities said the suspect, Johnny Lee Williams, 24, was driving the woman's pickup truck, which was parked outside the hospital.

The abduction was captured in chilling detail Wednesday after the student at Tyler Junior College clocked out from the Wal-Mart just before midnight.

Police have released few details other than they believe she was killed where she was found. I can only imagine the terror she felt in those 380 miles that she had to drive with her killer. The killer was an honorably discharged marine and the motive for the crimes is unclear.

Just wait until all those marines start returning from the violent and cynical iraqi theater where little honour is to be found....

Without proper debriefing and coaching a lot of these might feel disconnected from American Soceity.

I have to agree. My only prayer will be that God be with these soldiers and keep them safe while serving. And that the american people make sure they know how much we appreciate them, and that we are proud that they ARE our people.

TYLER, Texas — The surveillance camera captured the crime in chilling detail: A college student punches out after her night shift as a clerk at a Texas Wal-Mart and walks toward her truck in a parking lot. Suddenly she is attacked by a shadowy figure in a long, dark coat and kidnapped.

The suspect, Johnny Lee Williams, 24, was being held in lieu of $1 million bail on an aggravated kidnapping charge from Texas, authorities said, adding that Williams was driving the woman's pickup truck, which was parked outside the hospital.
