Clickbait, in my opinion.

CICO, that is all what is needed to drop the pounds. Calories In, Calories Out. Absolutely no need to discuss any substances (which can surely be bought from the internets..) and their magical fat-burning effects, as those are usually scams.

Eat less, move your body more. Easy like that. I am losing pounds right now, with this simple way.

Along with eating low calorie foods...you can add extra spices into your diet...and also go to work with a shovel

agreed - its utter bollox permetate by ads and click bait

PS - 2 of the recepeies include bananas - which curiously are denounced as " never eat foods " in seperate adds on the same page - so hey there goes internal consistency


eat smaller portions - and ensure a blalanced diet avoiding exessive ADDED sugars or fats and ecerise so your daily intake is lower than your daily work - and unless you has a medical condition .. genetic disorder that REALISTICALLY only affects 1 in one million people - you WILL loose weight healthily - with no " superfoods " or other gimmicks required

Sugars/carbs cause fat to be reserved. Dietary fats are not converted to body fat (typically), nor are proteins.

While CICO may seem to make sense...all calories are not equal (or treated equally within the body). Add to this the wide variation in flora/fauna configurations within people and the "formula" for weight loss becomes even more muddy.

Cessation of breast feeding combined with white sugar in the west is the bane of our existence. Unfortunately, sugar has always been a rather wealthy lobby.

eat less, move more- I love it!
It's a key phrase, go exercise, sweat your calories off. Diets and miraculous fat burning foods would all lay down when you start your day at the gym, or in front of the TV with a gimnastics on just doing same thing!
