I wonder if there is anything that connects all four tenants together. If there is some sort of treatment facility within that building, is there a common malady to which they have some sort of connection (either them or a family member).

I did find that Jeff Gordon is a member of the Clinton Global Initiative. I know J-Lo has some sort of foundation herself. I haven't looked into the hedge fund manager's possible tie, but I have to think that a medical facility, even a small private out-patient one, would be hard to keep under wraps in a building with only four tenants. They would have to know, if not use themselves, don't you think?

I've since retracted that mea culpa.
It was based on theantidiluvian stating Chelsea's apt. was on the SECOND floor...and me trusting him by taking him at his word.

It turned out he was wrong...and I was right all along.

My mistake was in not asking him to provide his source.

FTR: I have since asked theantidiluvian for his source...and he has been MIA from the thread ever since.


Yeah, I saw that, reading through the rest of the thread! Not a peek from him, either, to correct his mistake. Go figure!

Fascinating stuff, too. Will have to catch up on the thread.

I was reading about the advantages of using an LLC to purchase property, today.

Privacy and insurance liability reasons were the primary ones.

Everyone knows it's Chelsea's address, so I wonder about the liability reasons...

Typically those concerns stem from renters that might have a claim. Again, I wonder if Chelsea rented the place to Metrocare for two years.

It makes one wonder if the site inspectors listed actually went to the bldg or if they just rubber stamped it. Secondly the permit was approved for the 4th floor but the work was done on the second? Has anyone looked to see if a permit for the second floor was issued?

Curious. My sister (a dentist) is building a new dental office currently. Obviously, she needs new compressed air, gas, and water hook ups for her dental equipment. That part of the renovations has kind of been a pain for them.

If she did rent it...the 4th. fl. and everything medical within it...would remain intact...at least until the end of 2015.
