He isn't an outsider!
He is freaking part of those people that have bought our gov, he has said that himself!

Without missing a beat, the real estate tycoon continued: “I was a businessman. I give to everybody. When they call, I give. And you know what? When I need something from them, two years later, three years later, I call them, and they are there for me.” He added, “And that’s a broken system.”

He's never been in political office.

He admits buying politicians off.

He was a businessman. That's what they do.

It's all corrupt, I'm not handing out free passes.

Don't mind the Brits. They want to see America fail.

Ah, since he was just on the other side of the game then he is an 'outsider'.... Perfect rationalization.

Guess we will just assume he will forget about that when his buddies want to grease his pockets.
Or do you assume he isn't about making more money?

It is going to take more than a new president to fix he US. As long as business owns Congress, nothing is going to change.

Wouldn't logic dictate an outsider ?

Only a very rich man cannot be bought.

Our entire government has been bought and paid for.

Once the dark forced tell Trump how it's going to be; he will fold like a cheap suit.

Then you will see what a pu$$y Trump really is....just like Gov. Gary said.

I take the man at his word...it's like this.

I know for sure that Hillary Clinton is a lying thief.

I only suspect Trump is.

Hope your wrong. You know we are capable of better times.

Because you don't want to think of him otherwise, objectively he lies just as much.
He has flipped flopped on his positions and just flat out lied before.
As well as screwed offer folks like me and you, but hey, he knows how to pry on the emotion.

It is almost like he is just saying what you want to hear....

The Electoral College Votes
are what need to be focused on
for Trump to win.
Not just the majority vote.

Remember the Gore/Bush battleground
in Florida? The final count was down to
one state and the chits of a few counties.
I might be rusty on this, but I vaguely recall that
Gore actually had the majority votes of the nation,
but Bush Held the winning Florida Electoral Vote.

There was a court case in play, and yet Gore conceded.

The old adage holds true,
Politics is a Dirty Business.

I remember that whole mess, not our brightest moment.

I think after three debates Bill will vote for Trump.

You're very misguided if you think the rich can't be bought. There is never enough for most of them.

There is truth in that,
and yet, a simple fact remains.
The threat to life expectancy
instantly modifies the moral and
ethics levels to higher standards.

I lived through Reagan. He made us all proud to be Americans again.

I negotiating with captors to keep hostages captive in order to win an election and making illegal arms deals to help to overthrow a government is what an American should be proud of then your right. Times haven't really changes much since then it seems.

But Obama making an illegal $1.7 Billion (or is it $33 BILLION) payment to Iran to secure the release of American hostages is OK ?
At least, Reagan never called for the Muslim Brotherhood to lead Egypt.....

Better than Carter's plan of trading Billy's beer for the release. I can see that you were not around then

I doubt you even know the history behind it. And I was around. Carter allowed a try and the military failed.

You obviously don't know the history behind it. Or at least not the complete history.

Carter gave the green light.

After months and months of failed attempts at a diplomatic solution, despite Delta being ready to go months before the green was given.

Carter wanted the operation to be as close to bloodless as possible. Given the nature of the operation, that's a pretty absurd thing to demand.

SecDef wanted as many different services involved in the operation as possible in the name of "jointness." What they got in return was a joint mess.

So yea, Saint Jimmy gave the go ahead. To a plan that was drawn up to satisfy he and his SecDef's desires, an written by a bunch of careerists who inserted themselves at every opportunity. So if we're going to give Jimmy credit, let's give him all the credit he's due, yea?

The reactionary and Puritan forces against a Trump presidency are great. Many have taken politics as their de facto religion. I doubt Trump can win in such a landslide and against such advocates, but I hope for such a shock to the orthodoxy.

an outsider that was one of the ones buying the politicians?

I swear do you guys hear yourself?

Seriously you could take your whole post, put Obama in there and shoot it back to 2008 and it would sound identical to Obamas brainwashed followers then

Why do you think the hostage situation happened in the first place? What of a presidential candidate derailing negotiations. Same games continue today.

edit:

My points were about the situation, not rescue.

Yeah, well pedophiles rape little kids.

That's what they do.

That doesn't mean it's ok or allowed though is it???

You're saying it's fine that Business Men Buy Politicians. So you're Pro-Corruption.

Why would anyone take the advice of someone who's Pro-Corruption???

Also, you have no credibility if you're Pro-Corruption nor can you be taken seriously if you're Pro-Corruption.

You complain because Clinton is Corrupt. But you love Trump for it. Explain that to me???
