Something glass falls out of hillarys trouser leg

I know this video has been posted numerous time already but i've spotted something new that i think deserves attention, Hopefully the mods will allow this post, If you look at the video of hillary, At 12 seconds in, look at the bottom right hand side of the post you can see what looks like a syringe or glass tube falling out of hillars trouser leg, you can clearly hear it drop as well.

What do you think it is guys?

I can't watch the video but allow me to share my informed and expert advice.

Obviously it is a grand illusion or deception by cameras from the alt right.

I noticed it too. You could hear it "clang" when it fell. Did come from her pants or was she holding it before it was dropped. It is hard to tell.

Edit: I looked at it again and it came from her right hand as her handler was attempting to grab her arm to support her.

Looks like it's a hydraulic actuator for a Clinton-o-matic 6000 circa 2012, they must have not had access to the more recent model for this event...hence the complications & overheatedness

To add, if this is real footage it's definitely odd, she's literally falling apart physically and mentally.
