No, I wasn't "wrong" ... the polls show the same average lead Clinton has had over Trump for MONTHS.

You say "tightening" ... I say the spread (5 points) is the same average it's been.

That said, the percentages are irrelevant as the polls are so varied.. Only the average trend is important and Trump is closing over the last 3 weeks.

Trump is not "closing" ... the polls are returning to where they've been FOR MONTHS.

We can keep repeating our differing opinions, or accept that we're looking at the facts in two different ways.

Let's make an agreement, you and I. Let's check in with the polls again a week after the first debate; that might actually be a meaningful shift.
