I am amazed at the people on here that support this. Sure I get it is "legal" but ethical or moral? Hypocritical much?

Can I pay between $500-1000 to keep all Clinton's away from me?

They'll take the money, but wont go away or leave anybody alone.

I guess I don't get it.

Bill was a US president. I can see people paying to have special access. Ask about his presidency ect.

Hillary was Secretary of State and front running Dem. Also see people paying for special access.

What has Chelsea done to justify anyone wanting to have any special access and pay exorbitant amounts of money.

Seems the same if a star athlete or pop star charged to meet with their child.

People will pay for anything

You mean, they're raising funds at a campaign fund-raiser?

My god, what will those wacky Clintons do next?

I'll save this for when the Trump campaign does the same thing.

To be fair, I heard that the 3 people that did attend had a great time.

Bill also offers his own special package for select supporters.

I'm sure we will see Ivanka do a college event for prices like that...not.
At most she will do a private dinner fundraiser.

One does not go to universities and try to charge high dollar amounts. Pure idiocy. I think the clintons are the one's throwing the election to trump

I wouldn't pay a dollar to attend any political event. The last thing I want to do is give these power hungry, self-serving politicians any of my hard earned money.

College Progressives at Penn State really wanted to be a part of the so-called “conversation,” but quite rightly noted that $500

What conversation, its not like whoever gets in power is not already decided...maybe Penn will get discounts or "extra grants" after the voting fiasco ends...

What a change from when I saw Bill Clinton in the '08 election for free!

That criminal should have paid you to be there

What do people think these campaign events are for?

They're for raising money for the campaign.

Duh!

"We need to make college more affordable"

Hey university give me $100,000 for a speech

Hey kid pay me $1000 to meet my daughter

"College should be free, and not for profit"

Chelsea's baby need new shoes! Actually, Hillary is simply starting to condition supporters for the big tax increases she's going to impose on everyone, on the slim chance she gets enough suckers to vote for her on November 8th.

This is the equivalent of paying $8 for a batch of $3 cookies at a bake sale make money for the local football team.

Fund raisers tend to do that.

Or are you naive?

You may well be the naive one, pray tell what offing does Chelsea Clinton bring to the table worth upwards $2700?

All the Clinton's do, is "raise funds..." talk about deplorable. Shocking how some folks will support their behavior no matter how low they stoop.

Is that what Chelsea will discuss with the other wealthy children that pay up? " See kids, just get in to electoral politics and soak the gullible and special interests. "

That's funny.

Hillary does all she can to cater to and get the votes of the poor, those in such need they depend on government handouts, then she charges more than any of them can afford for an opportunity to meet her offspring.
