Well it has been a while ago.

Hello all.

I have had a silly stomach virus. Being gone for so long I will never catch up properly.
Did any one have a baby or a grand kid or win in the lottery?

I am in and out tonight.

Roasted a Chicken, did laundry, and watched some football.

I have been trying to keep up here, but I am so tired, I must say goodnite.

I am off to bed soon.

Thanks Kittie, It was just a nasty virus that apparently is going around in the Upper Mid West. it looks like some thing serious but evaporates in a few days.

I am happy on your behalf that you still are looking forward to snow.
It is green here and comfortable, I prefer that over having to shovel out of the drive way at 4am. Thawing water pipes and sewer drains.
It can stay this way till January 31st. for all I am concerned.

Just poking around the forums. Might take off and go see what I can find on youtube.

Sigh, one of these days I'm going to learn to apply the sunscreen. Had my first concert of the season outside at a local cider mill. I got there 4 hours ahead of time like I did last year, because I intended on drawing. Figured it was such a nice day temperature-wise that I didn't need the sunscreen (there was a lot of shade).

And so, here I am again, with a face like a racoon, arms and the tops of my hands completely burned. Probably have sun poisoning again.

However, I was able to come away with a gallon and a half of free cider (the half gallon was a leftover from what was given to the band members. The gallon was left sitting on a bench, unopened, for the 6 or so hours I was there - no one claimed it).

I would have shown everyone the pictures I drew, but a little kid wanted them. His smile made my day

Dawww, what a sweet thing to say! I miss you and all the Sheddites as well. With school starting my other business starts to pick up a little bit. Combined with baby and my real job, everything gets hectic.
