Tone change from host

Yes and Matt is interrupting much much more!

It's much harder to keep trump focused on the subject.

He interrupted Hillary plenty. Not any less.

No he's not hostile. He's very polite. Trump is failing. Not Matt's fault at all.

Trump stumbles. It's the moderators fault.
You all are enablers for Christ's sake.
He's failing. The vets think he's an idiot.

heavy.com...

The 2nd one, her responding to Navy guy about emails, she comes off as a total %#*#, like she's ready to chew that guys arse.

"I communicated about classified material on a wholly separate system…I did exactly what I should have done and I take it very seriously,” Clinton said.

LOL

That's why all that stuff got censored.

She lied bigtime about the "markings" too.

Hillary was triggered... answered less questions due to fillibustering...

Trump handled it well, he dodged the traps, and answered many more queries than Hillary...

I have to admit, that I had a couple of moments where I was looking for a safe space when Clinton was rambling...

YMMV

He's totally without substance.
He fell flat on his face.

The military experts following are in general agreement. The vets are unimpressed.

The first answer to the question about her email server was an obvious dodge and I found it hard to follow her from then on. I forced myself to listen however.

No thats a lie
In fact the first general rm had on schooled her about mission specific directives and basic stratigic training.
He described Trumps strategy as "he wants to win"

The air force guy did not disagree with his assesment.

the moderator was clearly more aggressive against trump. he would ask Clinton a question, a very rounded question and not follow up.

however with trump, he'd ask very baited questions, then follow up often interrupting him.

its very obvious whats going on here..

what kind of question is

'' have you lost faith in our military '' ?

yet for clinton

'' when your presidency ends, can you promise san bernadino and orlando will be safer? ''

Yikes, Trump had absolutely no substance in that forum.

Q: You have said you regret some of the things you have said in the past, can a Commander and Chief afford to have those types of regrets?
Trump: Did you see me in Mexico?

Q: What is your plan to beat ISIS.
Trump: I have a plan that will beat ISIS in 30 days...but it's secret, I can't tell anyone.

Q: Do you know more about ISIS than the generals?
Trump: Yes, but I'm going to ask them to come up with a plan to defeat ISIS...but I still have my secret plan.

Q: How are you going to fix the VA.
Trump: I'm going to make it better...and you can go to another doctor and we will pay for it (how?).

Q: How are you going to handle mental health issues with vets.
Trump: We are going to create a Mental Health system, and it "will be good".

Q: How much time are you spending researching foreign issues.
Trump: "A lot". But I also have a campaign to run, and I'm still running my business...but I have these 80 generals that I talk to sometime.

Trump has zero substance...that was hard to watch. I think he is in big trouble in the debates

Maybe because Clinton answered the questions that were asked and Trump didn't?

When Trump makes a statement like "I know more about ISIS than our Generals"...asking if he has lost faith in our military is a valid question.

Trump did great. He will I hope be a great leader. More importantly perhaps, a strong leader unlike what we've been having.

Q: What is your plan to beat ISIS.
Trump: I have a plan, but I'm not going to make it public so the enemy knows it, cause I'm not a tactical moron.

Q: Do you know more about ISIS than the generals?
Trump: He should have said, "No, I was wrong, after my intelligence briefing I've come to realize it wasn't them so much as Obama refusing to take any of their advice. While I have my plan, unlike Obama I will listen to the generals, who quite possibly won't even be the same ones Obama had, but even still I will take their advice under consideration. My plan is open to change as new information and data comes in. I can and will adjust when and where as appropriate. No plan survives implementation fully intact and I'm ready and willing to adapt to things as they change." This is also clearly what he meant, but let himself get too caught up in his own ego to admit that his original statement was proven wrong once he acquired more inside information.

I felt like responding to these two.
