That said, being an observer from the UK it would appear that the US constitution has been shredded line by line well and truly since the end of the 19th century. What would Adams, washington, Franklin etc think of todays "Persuit of happiness"? I doubt they wrote in a sub-clause that stated it was only for the top 1% of the 1%

There's no need for that; the same people that got Bush II in still control the voting machines and/or the counting process, as well as the Supreme Court. The 'winner' will be whoever they can control.

The problem lies in silencing the protests and scaring the sheep after the fact to confuse the issues and give the MSM something else to focus on like the good little minions they are.
