Exactly. First thing that came to my mind was cough drops.

She was coughing, so I would say, that she doubled up on the Halls before her speech. During her jibber-jabber, she almost chocks on one of her lies, and spits up her cough drops.

Hillary Clinton travelled to 112 countries while she was SOS. Some of them are definitely 3rd world. Maybe she picked up some kind of weird bacterial infection that is still with her and getting worse.

I matured. Hillary's regressing back to the baby phase.

She did put something in her mouth from the podium when she started her coughing fit. That's probably what she's spitting up. However those are oddly shaped and there are two of them. It is quite gross. Maybe she is a secret smoker. It is similar to a smokers cough.

I agree and think its some gross lung butter. Been there done that. If shes been having coughing fits and coughing stuff up its because shes sick. Could be a chest cold, bronchitis or something of the sort. Also some really gross, thick, lung butter will drop to the bottom of a glass quick.

Definitely wouldn't get that from simple allergies either.

ETA: Seriously? You guys think she would cough up some gnarly green lozenges or gum in front of people like that? Would you do that in front of a crowd? Especially if you were under such scrutiny?

I also did a little searching. There is a single drug that could explain almost everything: ReoPro.

ReoPro is used to lessen the chance of heart attack in people who need percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), a procedure to open blocked arteries of the heart.

So it's an anti-clotting drug. Hillary has a history of cranial blood clots.

Tell your doctor if you have ever had any unusual or allergic reaction to ReoPro or murine (mouse) proteins. If you have had ReoPro before, you may have developed an allergy to it.

So allergic reactions can develop with use. That covers the coughing and phlem. It really could be an allergy.

Common but dangerous side effects:

Bleeding; blurred vision; confusion; dizziness, faintness, or lightheadedness when getting up from a lying or sitting position suddenly; sweating; unusual tiredness or weakness

That covers the head-bobbing and wild-eyed looks, and could explain the stumbling.

What I am wondering is why she is still on it with those symptoms. There may be some serous problems internally that her doctors believe outweigh the dangers of the drug. She has the best doctors available, so if she is being kept on this stuff, she's got some serious other issues.

And of course, the disclaimer: I am not a doctor. I'm just trying to understand the conditions.
