3/4/2015 – Congress issued a subpoena and preservation order for all of the email documents and by law Hillary must preserve everything on her server.

3/9/2015 – IT firm that was managing Clinton’s server is told to retain all the emails from Hillary’s server.

3/25/2015 – Clinton’s lawyers and legal team conducts a conference call with the IT firm.

3/31/2015 – Less than a week after the call with the lawyers and three weeks after being told to preserve all the data, the IT firm deletes the Clinton email archive.

i was thinking like this?

Correct.... so the question remains, why was the information deleted after the conference call with Clintons team and after the preservation request was made.

It depends on what was said during that conference call.

I doubt anybody at Platt River is willing to go to jail to protect Clinton. My guess is they will sing like birds when hauled in front of Congress and realize they could be looking at jail time.

That lowly IT guy? He should absolutely be in trouble for deleting records that he told the FBI he was fully aware of at the time should not have been deleted. He should do some jail time.

With that timeline and email evidence of the meetings and the resulting actions one would think someone would be charged.

Yes. Perhaps those who find themselves still supporting her
will either start to question their sanity, or they will switch
to openly cheering for criminally suspect people to occupy
the highest offices of the land...

Oh...wait...!

yup, I don't understand them.

You know as well as I do, that anytime you call out a video its
"ok" because your arguing in defense of Hillary.

When in fact, your footage and mine was exactly the same,
and you know that, but choose to be intellectually dishonest.

Were Platte River employees given secret immunity?

Anonymous sources claim....secret immunity.
If this is true, why does the FBI or DOJ not respond
to congressional inquiry with the facts?

The NYT is reporting that PR specialist Paul Combetta
was given immunity by the DOJ.

www.nytimes.com...

In breaking news...the NYT is reporting that Combetta is the
PRN employee who deleted the Bengahzi emails with Bleach Bit
after he knew there was a preservation order.

This letter from Homeland Security Science and Technology
to Investigators listed the same person as wanted for questioning
back in July, in an intelligence investigation.

www.hsgac.senate.gov...

If he was given immunity, you would think the DOJ
would have informed them back then?

Older articles did name the PRN employee as
caught up in the Hillary Clinton email scandal.

completecolorado.com...

www.dailymail.co.uk... html

Names are redacted in the recent FBI notes released,
but NYT claims they have a source this was the guy?

Stonewalling? Immunity after the fact?
How can anyone know the truth with an "anonymous"
source in "law enforcement"?

This is political garbage!

Time will tell, this could be a leak, or as CNN has done
many times in the past, outright disinformation.

Fishy?

Deserves a thread of its own.

I saw that too.... so now he and Pagliano and who knows who else were granted immunity.

Something stinks. At this point, It would not surprise me if the FBI had granted Clinton immunity.

that I will be holding my breath.

It appears that Bill Clinton with the woman

I'd still haul him and everyone else at Pratt River before Congress to answer questions. Too many unanswered questions at this point.

Somebody knows more than they are telling you can bet on it.

Is there a website where we (the public) can track day-to-day how these Investigations are proceeding? Have they even began? Sadly, Congress is only in session until the end of this month.

Looks like you are right; only the lowly IT guy got immunity from the DOJ.

So between Clintons staff IT guy and this other contractor IT guy, all blame can effectively be directed away from Hillary.

Nothing more of substance will come from this email investigation.
The fbi has excused Hillary and her staffs carelessness.
The fbi and DOJ have given immunity to those DIRECTLY responsible for any destruction.

IMO all that's left is to use this event as an example of how sloppy hillarys department was when she was in charge.

Mills sent an email to PRN on Mar 9, 2016 referencing the preservation request from Congress. The person who deleted the emails was in receipt of this email.

They destroyed the emails between 25-31 Mar 2016.

And I quote:

During his May 3, 2016 interview, (name redacted) indicated that at the time he made the deletions in March 2015, he was aware of the existence of the preservation request and the fact that it meant he should not disturb Clintons email data on the PRN server.

The DOJ gave him immunity.

So will he testify or does Gowdy even know who he is?

I don't even think the timeline matters.

They destroyed records and evidence, period.

Exactly, someone must also have consequences, or many.

House Oversight committee issued subpoena's today to three of
the IT personnel. www.thedailybeast.com...

They also stated emphtatically that this investigation
wont stop even if Hillary were to be installed in the office.

Music to my ears

Sure. Whatever you say. I'll be the guy laughing at you when you guys are disappointed in yet ANOTHER snipe hunt against Clinton failing to make anything stick.

I find it funny how you point out that the discovery of the truth is a waste of time. And that you imply that just because getting the truth out of a liar is a difficult task that often fails...that it is somehow not worth it. I find the truth to be one of the most important things in the world and in life. Without truth...you have nothing. You appear to support the "every politician lies" mentality of simply accepting the lies as...well...acceptable. I don't know if you have children but if you did, and if you are/were a good parent, you would know just how important the truth is and how important to a person's character telling the truth is.

Yes...that basically makes Clinton to be of less value that a dried turd but that is the point. Liars and lies need to be discovered and called out. Displayed in front of the world as to discredit the liar and show how destructive they can be. Such individuals make themselves worthless and their lives meaningless. Without truth...their words hold no value, no meaning. It essentially makes you disposable (something that can be thrown away) if not rubbish (something that should be thrown away).

Even the best of liars can be caught and exposed. It only takes time and a moral commitment to exposing things that hurt and often kill others, society and in this case...government and countries.

I find updates the most reliable when from the House itself.

Official House Reform Site
oversight.house.gov...

That way, no media spin can interferes.
