Some frames from my DVR showing what appears to be the Nose Cone presumably containing whatever kind of payload it had, on its downward decent from the upper stage of the rocket. Note the possible umbilical fueling hose or electrical cable attached to the tail end of the Nose Cone?

Also shown are a couple of frames showing what appears to be an additional explosion of the Nose Cone section presumably upon impact with the ground. (Actual impact of the Nose Cone with ground is not shown due to the DVR info banners at the bottom of my 65" TV display.)

Well, to be fair, the rockets he dealt with did not launch orbital satellites. So maybe he's not aware that such satellites often carry highly volatile fuels.
