...People are likely not responding as they know that illegal downloads can't be linked on ATS?
It's also possible that people are not responding because they recognize the entire premise as ludicrous.
One of these days I need to document Richard Hoagland's contribution to this theme with his 1982-3 era tale of "the THING in the ring". He went over the ghost story one evening around the dinner table at my home in rural Galveston County, lights were low, his voice was hushed, it was a masterful spooky experience.

Interesting I dropped by and offered Norm Bergrun's book in its entirety so people can actually study what he put together, and no-one is remotely interested in looking at the actual SOURCE of this. Sad, sad, sad... As for the question about his age, yes he's very old, probably in his 80's.

Did he ever actually work for NASA, or is all this stuff from the Internet?
He never worked for NASA, the very title of this thread is bogus. Bye bye.
Dr. Norman Bergrun is an alumnus of Ames Research Laboratory, NACA (National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics) predecessor of Ames Research Center, NASA where he worked twelve years as a research scientist.
At Ames, he pioneered the setting of design criteria for airplane thermal ice-prevention and the developing of roll stability laws for airplanes, missiles and rockets. He joined Lockheed Missiles and Space Company (now Lockheed Martin) where he was manager of the planning and analysis of flight tests for the Navy Polaris Underwater Launch Missile System. During his thirteen years at Lockheed, he also served as a senior scientist having responsible analysis cognizance of special space-satellite applications.
After a short tour of duty with Nielsen Engineering and Research, in 1971 he founded Bergrun Engineering and Research, parent of Bergrun Research founded in 1999 especially for world wide web activities. An Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronauics (AIAA), he is active as a leader in Congressional Visits Day events on Capitol Hill. As Deputy Director-at-Large for the AIAA western region, he overlooks section activities in seven western states. Other memberships include The Planetary Society, The Association for the Advancement of Science, The Aviation Hall of Fame, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Federation of American Scientists and the Scientific Faculty, International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England. Bergrun holds a BSME degree from Cornell University, an LLB from LaSalle University Extension, a DSc (Hon) from World University and a California Professional Engineer (PE) License.
He also has engaged in graduate aerospace studies at Stanford University. He is a founder of the California Society of Professional Engineers Education Foundation, is author of two books Tomorrow's Technology Today and Ringmakers of Saturn and has published over 100 papers. Two recent manuscripts, Lunar Life Forms: Revelations of Apollo 14 and Mars Puts on a Good Face: The Masquerade, have been registered with the Library of Congress, Washington, D. C. He has lectured in the United States, Canada, England and Europe.

"Well True ... Just perhaps her Worked for a Company that was Subcontracted with NASA ..
You didnt have to be Part of NASA to be involved with Their Projects ...
Right .. Just Saying ... better Term Worked with them, instead of for them"
It's always better to be truthful than not.
My own work 'at NASA' in 1975-1997 [and participation in a NASA-funded graduate program at Northwestern U in 1966-1970] while directly employed by other entities is a good example of what you described, and I've tried very hard to make that difference clear when dealing with the news media. Bergrun and his supporters have tried very hard to do the opposite, to obscure and blur the fact that his views have no basis in any work he did for NASA's predecessor agency, NACA, but to unjustifiably piggyback on the reputation of the agency.
[Old-timers would joke that the major change in 1958 was only one vertical line in the spelling: when NACA became NASA, ‘NA¢A’ became “NA$A”]
Using the term 'NASA' has the clear intent to imply his views on Saturn are based on professional experience as a planetary investigator on the NASA team.
That is

Thanks for helping us clarify that.
BTW, it appears his year of birth was somewhere in the 1922 period, so that makes him about 94 now.

This is a short except of major highlights from the soon to be released Project Camelot interview with Norm Bergrun, author of the "Ringmakers of Saturn". He's 91 years old and wonderfully bright and has important information for the world...

In June of 2012 on the way to the Sacramento UFO Conference, we had the good fortune to interview Norman Bergrun the 91 year old author of "Ringmakers of Saturn". Norman is a scientist/engineer who worked in an above top secret capacity (his level of clearance, way above the President) for Lockheed. Prior to that he was at NACA a precursor to NASA.
Upon leaving Lockheed, he wrote "Ringmakers of Saturn" about the enormous craft spotted in the rings of Saturn and became something of an outcast in the scientific community. This interview covers his views on time travel, the nature of the vehicles that he says are creating the rings and much more... His conclusion is that the Ringmakers of Saturn are now creating rings around other planets and they are on their way here....
Groundbreaking and a real wake-up call for the mainstream scientific community not to mention the World.
