This one is very simple. Load the page and click the roulette boxes once in order from top to bottom. It will make a random sentence which is sure to scare you in some way...

So far, my funniest is "testicular virgin who loves to stomp hellhounds". Some of them are too crude to post here on ATS/BTS, so choose wisely...
