Let's examine the latest charge Hillary will weasel out of.

Congress has been investigating Benghazi for years.

These latest found emails, some of them directly refer to Benghazi.

So there is a Congessional Investigation in progress.

About her role in Benghazi.

So, when questioned Hillary declared under oath that she turned over the emails.

Interfering with a Congressional Investigation is a High Crime.

That's if you or I do it.

We all know the laws of the United States don't apply to her.

So, I can't wait to watch the way these cowards in Congress screw this up.

I never thought I would see the day that

(the half the country receiving a check),

Would allow one of our politicians to be above the law.

It's a sad day for many citizens...

Enjoy your check that my family bled for.

I'm unsure of your point.

Are you complaining about Hillary's emails, playing the victim because you, falsely, believe there are two sets of laws, or crying about welfare recipients?

Look, Hillary may have screwed up huge, but I would not vote for The Donald for anything! He would DESTROY the U.S.

Did you go to Trump U?

Those are the "mis-directions" All these non-issues (not to Us 'The People' but to 'Them" the players...) all the while She and her co-conspirators were able to 'LOSE' $6B while She was the Head of State (see links) Add the $2B the Saudi Royals "donated" to The Clinton Fraudation™ and that is $8B. $8B buys a lot of 'quiet' or if someone finds their guts, enough $$ to buy a 'mechanic' who specializes in 'wet work'. Heck, some ex-Clinton friends fall so far letting the Clintons down that they commit suicide by shooting the back of the head a couple times..

Here is the info on the "missing money"

www.activistpost.com...

Money seems to be able to 'cross the aisle' and the CROOKS from BOTH parties have their hand and in some cases, HANDS out for some long green...

I'll bite:
As long as they don't charge with a crime, then that PROVES she's "innocent".

It's really not...I'm in the same boat as the other member.

I really don't know what point you are trying to make.

Not really.

You go from Hillary interfering with a congressional investigation, which is an unfounded accusation, to complaining about different laws for different people, which is an unfounded accusation, and then to people whom receive a check (welfare) are allowing her to be above the law, yet another unfounded accusation.

Ok. I understand you might be pissed, but there is no need to make crap up.

The Obstruction of Justice, Perjury, type things I thought he was getting at.

Hillary Clinton Deleted Emails Using Program Intended To 'Prevent Recovery'
Hillary Clinton’s team of aides and lawyers deleted emails from her private server using a software program intended to “prevent recovery” and hide traces of deleted files.

South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy revealed the information during an interview on Thursday on Fox News. Citing notes that FBI investigators took during their probe of Clinton’s private email server, Gowdy said that Clinton’s team used open source software called BleachBit to remove tens of thousands of emails from her server.

Gowdy said that the use of the program undermines Clinton’s claims that the emails she withheld from the State Department were innocuous. The former secretary of state has frequently said that the 30,000-plus emails she decided not to give the State Department in Dec. 2014 were about yoga routines and her daughter’s wedding plans.

No. As long as she has not been convicted of a crime, we cannot hold it against her.

Oh, that's right. Nothing that can come up showing her being ________ is to be considered in considering her POTUS bid, UNLESS she's not only charged with a proper crime but is also convicted. Only at that point can any dirt on her stick. In the meantime, no matter how ripe & stinky any of her dirt might arise, we should grant her 4-8 years as POTUS because ___ think her hair is cute.

Consider it all you want, but to speak in absolutes when you have no basis to do so is illogical.

Wait, you're just now realizing both parties are just two sides of the same coin?

I get what your saying but wholeheartedly disagree. With that line of thinking it's not a stretch to say that only the greatest criminal minds can be in positions of high power.

Innocent until proven guilty is where your deriving your reasoning from I'm assuming. However the years of facts and evidence back up that the system including the one responsible for indicting Clinton is corrupt. This is much much greater than some vast right wing conspiracy.

Document leaks are happening much more frequently and it is my belief that this will culminate very soon.

Hold it, so your saying if I watch someone kill my mom in front of me, but they get off on some technicality, but I know they did it, since they were not convicted of a crime I'm not supposed to hold it against them?

Hell if they run for president, I shouldn't consider it when voting? Because the law didn't convict?

Not Guilty does not equal Innocent.

Great point...
