A glimpse of that vista could be seen through some large binocular telescope, like this one:

It's too bad all humans can't travel space. We could look at the stars closely. Also we could escape from the corporate oligarchy that rules the planet.

WOW! Look at all those stars! I wish I had the time and money to travel somewhere to see a sky like this. Even if it was just for a night...
Breathtaking.

I would go one further and make every 1st/2nd/3rd World leaders all go up to space together for a Month, then look back at Earth, together....Would the way the own us, play with us, disrespect us, change?
I always think if I was lucky enought to get to space seeing HOME from above would change my SOUL in terms of how special our home is...

Here's a shot from tonight's outing. Sat on top of a local hill and managed some nice shots but thin wispy cloud and vapour trails, as well as light pollution spoiled things a bit. tramped back to the car park and noticed the cloud had dissipated a bit so fired off a couple more shots before driving home again for a cuppa.

I am due back at the coast in a couple of weeks so hoping for a clear night while I am there.

If you do own it, have you uploaded any photos, i would love to see them..!
I have just been googling that kind of telescope and see how they work now.

Stunning photo mate.
I think the light pollution actually enhances the photo

In the Australian outback

Yes the stars in the Aussie outback are awesome . The Americans at Nurrungar when it was open used to be dumbstruck when they viewed them away from light pollution .
