how many of you think protesting actualy makes a difference?

this one came to me when i was watching the whole inaugation(SP) today. i saw a lot of people protesting the president. and i though "do these people actually think they are making some sort of a difference?"


well let me hear it people! i forone dont think that protesting makes a difference, although history has proven me wrong.

protesting can make a difference, if more people actually got involved.

IMO we have become too comfortable in our daily lives, we have never had to endure any real hardships and we have become soft. Instead of standing up for our rights, protesting and getting involved, we surround ourselves with material comforts and avoid activism as if it were the plague, what we fail to realize that one day, because of our lack of activism, we'll lose the same materials things we so heavily rely on to give us comfort.

I agree with world watcher, the answer I was gonna write was that not enough people protest ergo not alot tends to happen.
