She never admitted to doing anything worthy of prosecution. She admitted it wasn't the best way to handle her emails.

Here is the actual quote
www.fbi.gov... -a-personal-e-mail-system

To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences.

It is now referred to as "the clinton clause"

So you and others will not be satisfied unless she is put in jail, regardless of her guilt, and if she isn't...there will be blood shed?

Look, dude, fair's fair. No law for her ... no law for me.

The laws in regards to classified info have clearly been applied equally.

Do you really not understand the decision that was made?

That's incorrect. You or I would not be charged either.

Why do you continue posting this lie? We know of people who have been charged for doing the same thing and then Comey said this:

www.fbi.gov... -a-personal-e-mail-system

To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.

If you or I had "mishandled" those sensitive emails, you can rest assured that we would be prosecuted.

Is Bradley/Chelsea Manning in jail ... doing a 35 year stint for messing around with the laws concerning the protection of classified materials?

Correct. Hillary was NOT speaking to Trump supporters..hoping to win them over. Her responses were to reassure Clinton supporters that she's still alive and cognizant. That's all they need to know.

Your opinion is flawed. The law was not applied equally; had it been Comey would not have invented the clinton clause.

When 80% don't get prosecuted? I don't think so. Fired - maybe. Prosecuted - no.

The Hillary lie about Powell is the fact she had already set up her own system before any conversation with Powell.

We know of people who have been charged for doing the same thing

Who? Source please.

and then Comey said this:

Yes, consequences that are dealt with internally. He explained that very well. They handle it within the department and do not take it to the courts.

If Hillary is not still working in the SD, how can they hold her accountable?

Comey went through all of that and you guys are still not understanding.

Comey did not invent anything. You guys have because you cannot come to grips with the decisions that have been made.

It's all in your head.

My favorite quote from this.
"There's a lot of smoke but there is no fire" HRC.

You can't make this stuff up.

Honestly when I hear her speak it sounds like Blah lie blah blah lie lie blah.

Come on Julian, put HRC out of her misery.

You guys really do not understand what is going on.

Myself and others were explaining what would happen months before the FBI decision and we are having to continue to do so months later. You guys still don't get it.

They did not have the evidence to prove she intended to break the law.....effing duhhhh!! That's why it's not in the courts.

Just like the MSM ... it's your opinion. The law isn't real hazy ... and it's easy to look up. I'm not gonna do it for you, when it's clear your mind is completely made up.

"Mrs. Clinton, is the sky blue?"

"The sky is a wonderful thing that holds the clouds and gives us sunshine. My opponent hates the sky and wishes that we would live in caves. As I've stated repeatedly, I don't agree with living in caves. Caves are dark and nasty places that have bears and spiders. I like bears and spiders and hope that everyone listening will join me in attempts to preserve bears and spiders, which my opponent hates."

LoL! Exactly!

You do have a way with words DBC.
