How do I setup an AVATAR (my logo) and edit profile

Does one need to earn the privileges to get and set a profile logo (AVATAR its called in Twitter).

I can understand if there is no profile page everybody can see.

Upload the pic you want to use. Then click on the pic.

And click on the 'little man' icon to set the pic as your avatar/profile pic.

It took me 2 years to set mine and to be honest I'm still no closer to figuring it out.

I have a problem with my avi...when I first did it it was way too big then I resized it but was in the wrong place...got it right but I have remnants of the mistake...the longer my post the more it repeats...I cleared the avi and put it back in to see if that would reset and fix..but nada.....

making this post long so you see what I am talking about...the correct on is at top under my name...it is kind of unique the way it repeats like that!
