THE FOREST IN ME

The Forest In Me

As I find myself along the road, I finally picked up my head
instead, of looking at the pine needles on the ground
still looking for away to get around....here

Comfortable and content and yet, still searching
the path for
I guess I don't really know
Searching the the path for
I guess looking for more

Once there was a path that I dreamed of
it was wonderous, full of love and dreams
from above

Am I lost, or have I been been found
listening, listening for a sound
Knowing I will continue, strength abounds
I sometimes wish YOU were around

Open and free, walking amongst the trees
feeling free. free. free. Oh the magistry
and fullness of the visual sensation
without hesitation, I look around and smile
in anticipation of the next turn of the path

A fullness of thanksgiving fills my being
not knowing, just a person willing
to let it all go
and open up to what else I will be allowed
to know

Love, Love, Love, Love, Love
Oh boy, did I just say that, well now you
know there is nothing else i could of
said...Love

I greatly appreciate and appreciate your apptitude and adroitness to detail and creativity. I really do. Mine is more random and less guarded.

I didn't, personally, find you smug.
We all write in different ways and for different reasons.
Because someone is 'professional' and being 'paid' doesn't necessarily make their words any more important to me than anyone else's if I can't relate or find interest in them.
When I write (loose term) it is to entertain, purge feelings/emotions/or life situations or just ramble on sort of like now...

NOT to be confused with professional writers......[smirk]

I'm not a professional writer , I got this title just because I like to spew all my psychological emotions ,ideas and my inevitable curiosity for almost everything on paper , in this case digital paper that people can read here ..

I've discovered writing here ,something I knew I possessed in my own language, but never in English.

I had many complaints about my English when I came here so I tried to improve that by start writing threads and stories .

But, also my haritage of my ancestors are pushing me into this corner .

A nephew of my wife's ,he does ginialogy as profession and found out that my ancestors were Scottish/British decendant, guess that's why I love bagpipe music " pls don't tell anyone "

I still like English writing a lot and I hope people understand what I try to express.

Maybe I'll write a book someday or just all my short stories bundled into one..
