If they have this much information, they may know when and where these attacks are going to occur. That may mean many of them can be stopped ahead of

Had they done some advance planning, the security forces could have made the voting sites fairly safe. A simple placement of jersey barriers to divert
all vehicles away from the polls, for example, plus explosive sniffing dogs to detect suicide bombers. There's still time to do some of this, but
time is running short.
